Can I return a custom keyring or pendant if I change my mind?
Unfortunately, personalised items cannot be returned for change of mind due to their made-to-order nature.

What if the engraving doesn’t look like what I expected?
We follow your uploaded artwork or photo exactly. Please ensure the file is clear and follows our upload guide. We offer a preview upon request before final engraving.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Send us photos of the product and packaging within 7 days. We’ll evaluate and offer a solution, replacement or refund if eligible.
